A. GENERAL PREVENTIVE MEASURES
• Identify high risk personnel and establish teleworking or preventive quarantine in such cases.
• Establish traceability mechanisms for distributors, in order to monitor their flow of both purchase or withdrawal of goods, and delivery.
• Definition and permanent dissemination, through different channels, of general self-care recommendations, in accordance with the recommendations delivered by the Ministry of Health, among the personnel involved in the entire logistics chain.
• Permanent distribution of cleaning and protection elements according to the functions performed by the personnel (masks, gloves, liquid disinfectant and spray, nova towel or absorbent cloth, alcohol gel and dispenser), also establishing detailed instructions for their use, both for personal hygiene and to maintain the hygiene of your means of transport.
• Disinfection of the most frequently used areas of the delivery boy's means of transport several times a day. Especially the handlebars, gear levers or lights, keypads or knobs, door handles, seat belt and window frames.
• Only private means of transport may be used, used by a single person.
• Prefer packaging made of porous material, such as cardboard or vegetable material.
• Eliminate the obligation of signature by the client to verify the delivery or withdrawal.
B. MEASURES FOR WITHDRAWAL, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
• Always avoid physical contact and maintain social distancing of at least one meter. When delivering or withdrawing, packages must be deposited or removed from the ground or from a surface that facilitates it, without any physical contact with customers.
• It will not be allowed to provide installation services for the goods distributed within the clients' homes.
• At the end of the shipping or withdrawal management, wash your hands with soap and water for more than 20 seconds when possible, or, failing that, apply alcohol gel.
• Avoid paying with cash and, whenever possible, use contactless payment methods.
• Offer contactless payment alternatives, whether internal to the company or external.
• Insofar as the service structure allows, encourage responsible purchasing
and limit the number of units in the purchase of basic necessities.
